Camping Alannia Neptuno

Очень чисто, персонал всегда готов помочь. Уютный домик, чистый воздух. Бассейн чистый. Для детей достаточно много развлечений и есть анимация. Мы обязательно вернемся еще.

Бассейн работает до 19:00, хотелось бы что бы открывался раньше и закрывался позже, и нельзя с собой приносить в бассейн надувные детские матрасы.

The camping is a typical for Costa Brava and south of France mobile home made with the O'Hara eco system. There are various generations of mobile homes, some newer than other, placed in a very nice pine almost forest groove. This space provides very consistent and welcoming shadow to the small houses and a good space to lay off tents. We had also a tent apart from the mobile home. There are power plugs available for the tent plots. The toilets and showers for the tents and caravans are large and clean, unfortunately there was some problem at some point and they were closed for a couple of days. Luckily, we had the mobile home bathroom and toilet to rely on. The pool is great, however the opening time is very late at 11:00 as the sun is already strong at this hour. My guys wanted to swim much earlier in the morning. I prefer the sea myself. The spaces around the camping invite to long strolls in the nature and are great for cycling. The beach in Pals is the best I've seen in Costa Brava so far. Fine sand and there are places with water of smaller depth good for children. There were reviews from people not happy with the access to the camp with reports of bad roads, but in fact I found that there is access from two directions and one of them is cemented and safe for cars, unlike the other side that is a bit hard on the cars shocks, with a lot of holes. The people working at the camp reception were very helpful and forthcoming. We received very good service, we managed to choose a good spot for the tent and we had the house changed in a quiet area, the ladies had a lot of patience with us. Of course, being a bit off-season helped, as there were many free spaces available. They also communicated very well in English and French, not just Spanish or Catalan. We also understood that the camp is under new management and many of the past problems were now solved.

The barrier access is a bit sluggish, it becomes a bit annoying if you get in and out of the camp many times every day. The public sanitary area inconsistencies. The pool has the morning access a bit late at 11:00, at least 9AM would be better. It would be nice to have access to leave the camp on foot on the far side towards Carrer del Golf as it would shorten the walk to the beach.

Il campeggio è immerso in una pineta. Per il resto il bungalow all'arrivo non era pulitissimo, ma almeno c'è l'aria condizionata...

I servizi extra a pagamento sono carissimi (uno su tutti il noleggio di lenzuola e asciugamani), anche il prezzo per noleggiare una bici o del wi-fi è molto caro e non vale la pena. Non ci sono supermercati all'interno, né nelle vicinanze (ce n'è uno fuori dal campeggio ma bisogna camminare molto). Il campeggio non è tranquillo né silenzioso, le sdraio della piscina sono vecchie e scomode, gli ombrelloni cadono con il vento. Il campeggio è frequentato da persone molto rumorose e maleducate.
