Muy bien situado, cómodo y funcional, muy nuevo
Hay cosas mejorables, no hay perchas o apliques para colgar las toallas de ducha ni de manos, el menaje de cocina secado, faltaba un escurridor para la cocina y alguna fuente Escasas perchas para ropa Creo q con poca inversión mejoraría mucho, pego el apartamento está muy bien

Buena ubicación en el centro de Motril. Buenos colchones tanto el de matrimonio como el sofá cama. En general buena equipación del apartamento y un edificio nuevo.
Algunos detalles a mejorar, como manchas de humedad en la parte de arriba de la ventana de la cocina, manchas de humedad en el suelo, entre el baño y la cocina, avería del lavavajillas, que arreglaron al día siguiente y que el tostador que no funcionaba y no repusieron uno nuevo.

Planta superior con habitación muy amplia pero sin aire acondicionado, un horno, imposible dormir en ella.
