The location is the best thing about this apartment. Other good things: modern TVs, great internet, well equipped kitchen incl washing machine, good black out curtains in the main bedroom, nice furnishings.
The apartment needs a bit of a refurbish (old water damage from what must have been a flood, sticking doors, loose toilet seats, broken bin lids) but fairly minor things.
