Apartment in Las Americas - Las Floritas

The apartment location was great for walking distance to the strip, yet quiet for relaxation. The hotel had a lovely feel which was due to the layout, the other guests who were lovely and welcoming which were mostly owners and the amazing lazy pool that flowed around the apartments. The apartment itself was well equipped and clean, tidy and comfortable with a very welcoming host with a big friendly personality.

There was a lot of confusion about my booking when I called on arrival as they did not have it on their records and were not expecting another booked guest for this apartment for another 2 days. This resulted in a late check in which was disappointing.

The apartment was secluded and private - yet near everything - the pool was right outside the apartment . We were within walking distance from the strip . outside the apartment block there was a 24 hour shop which was handy . The apartments felt secure as receptionist was on the door all the time . and if he was not then there was a code to get in . This apartment was spacious and very clean - the hosts let us leave our bags in early which helped . the apartment had lots of storage space . We would recommend this property

The beds were comfortable but one of them was not great as it seemed to have springs broken in the mattress . Other than this we had no complaints
