The location was awesome, the facilities inside the house was excellent, with a lift inside the house to travel to all the floors, the host was helpful.
Beach view from the terrace was good, easy access to Uthandi beach was excellent, road was quite wide can park two cars and more but outside the compound.
Room size was quite large could accommodate more people as extra mattresses were available.
Definitely value for money for large crowd.
when I arrived at the place at 2.30 pm still there were occupants sitting in the property while there were some clicking pictures inside the room!, while the rooms were just being cleaned, also the bed spread is the same from the previous occupants but just prepared neatly, the bed spreads could have been changed but no it was not the case, the rooms were clean and neat though.
Car park inside the compound would have had a better peace of mind for overnight stay.

Vellankanni was absolutely amazing. I was the only guest staying and he went above and beyond helping me get my SIM card.
It is a great place as a party house but not necessarily the best place for a female solo traveller as it is quite far out and without Vellankanni's help I would have struggled to get around.

No toiletries. towel and bedsheets were not fresh
Poor wifi , no power backup
Kitchen , just has an induction without proper vessels
No nearby shops , Instamart, zepto are not available
These were basics expected at this price
$$$$
