What a beautiful place! Incredible views of many bridges, enjoyable balcony, walking distance from the thermal baths and from the train station, not super far from the cathedral, lots of supermarkets around... And the apartment itself is spacious, comfortable and smells good!
I'm taking off one point, however, for the fact that the hosts *require* you to use WhatsApp! It's crazy to tie an accommodation to a software requirement - two things completely unrelated. It's like saying you can only check in if you have an iPhone, or Nike shoes, and they only tell you that the day of the check in... Also, the kitchen is not very well equipped for a longer stay. There's no kettle (boiling water for tea takes literally 10min), the knives are blunt, the chopping board tiny, there are no mugs, and in general there's not enough stuff (especially cutlery) to fill up the dishwasher. All in all, it is a very enjoyable place to stay in, with two minor quirks that are easily fixable. If you care about these, make sure to ask if they have been fixed before you book.
