Good location with coffee shops and places for babies and toddlers to play nearby. Good size apartment for our family of 3 ( 3yo ). Big terrace with full exposure to sunlight. A small park nearby for walking or light exercise.
Our stay was during a heat wave and it was extremely hot inside the apartment. For those days the terrace is only comfortable after 17:00, when some shade starts to appear. I'd suggest installing air conditioning, placing some outdoor shades and blackout curtains.
