I emailed, text, and called the property multiple tome to find out how to get in. An hour before we flew up to Auckland, the host emailed to say they had cancelled the booking. I am still waiting for a refund. Hosts are ignoring my messages and have kept my full payment without us even staying there.

Disappointed and overpriced for a Wednesday night. The house is great. The upkeep is terrible.
The house layout, location and warmth.
None of the furniture in the house matched the photos. It was furnished very poorly. Lots of rubbish in garage and draws. No working tv or couch to sit on. Broken master bedroom bathroom door. House is lovely just very poor up keep and presentation.

Spoilt our whole weekend…
Apart from the lift & ok showers, Absolutely nothing!!
No couch, no tv, only 2 old dirty chairs & a broken one to sit on, only 2 glasses, no top sheets just a bottom kids sheet, old towels, no heating downstairs, Old used body loafers & brushes in the showers, very stained dirty lounge rug, one bed held up with wood..wrong code given, then after waiting 1/2 hour outside & 5 phone calls to speak to someone, they text the right Code..this place spoilt our whole weekend, NO communication at all.. I’ve stayed at a lot of places & have NEVER come across a place like it..(No sea view..) I WANT A REFUND!!!

Great location and size
Location and size of the house are amazing! Such a good value for money. Kitchen has everything you need, great space to hang out. Location is perfect, close to everything.
Even though the house is brand new, a few things very broken, but it did no affect our stay at all. Very lucky to have an opportunity to stay there.

Not happy.
The location was excellent. We were needing to be close to the Auckland university for our sons graduation.
The property did not supply enough toiletries such as toilet paper or soap, face cloths. No iron , tea towels for drying. Worst of all as the property is on the market , we had an agent (or landlord, no introduction) bring through a potential client with out asking. We had all of our jewelry and personal items on display. Very unimpressed.

Kitchen are huge, and it close to the shopping as well, and it good it has lift inside the house
Just the wifi we been trying to connect and also to set up the aircon it was very hot in the main bedroom
