Is placed right in the city center. The kitchen has all the utensils needed. Face to face interraction with the personnel was good.

At first i was eager to write a more negative review, regarding the following points: 1. Before arriving, they let us know that for towels and bed sheets is an extra tax to be paid, not specified (25€/ one person, 50€/ 2 persons). After contacted booking, they agreed to provide free of charge. 2. The package of the towels and bedshits were handed to us in order to carry them from their office to the property, aprox 1.5 km. 3. We were at the opening hour, and waited for half an hour outside, during the midday heat (was a heatwave ). Their office haven't had a lobby. 4. You need to buy toilet paper and hand soap/shower gel. If you want to wash your hands before to accommodate you take a walk to the shop to buy a soap. 5. In the washing machine was rust and a pair of underwear let there. 6. There were messages with instructions everywhere, in Italian, and with sanctions to be paid if not followed. I understand this, but to a point. You cannot throw the every garbage until the check out if the harbage machine for plastic or glass did not come up to that moment. I use to believe that we are not animal, and during the vacation, this kind of rules are absurd and stressful. I use to follow the rules and in this case, to follow them, I left the property with the trash bag with me.
