The original week-long stay including the cleaning fee (Booking confirmation 6107084040 24 Aug - 31 Aug 2025) progressed well thanks. The extension to this booking (Booking confirmation 6376479969 - 31 Aug - 2 Sept 2025) has overcharged me the Cleaning Fee despite numerous emails via Booking.com with the owner approving the discount, plus valiant efforts by Dedek A. of your Customer Service team attempting to secure this discount prior to final payment. I am not happy about this overcharge and lack of follow through by Booking.com and request the discount be honoured via a refund to my credit card please. UPDATE: We got a refund! Thanks Booking.com!!
