The property was a short distance from the ocean.
Some of the furniture was a little dated, but otherwise our stay was good.

The apartment was comfortable.
Apartments 3 and 4 are in the back. The photos are misleading if you don't pay attention to the numbers. Our balcony faced the road at the back. There is one small grill on the side for all four apartments. the picture of a waffle station is in the ad, but not in the apartment. No concession for early arrival. Don't think they are going to make any effort when they say check back the day before. You will only be reminded of the rule of checkin.

The location and having a code for the door instead of a key was very easy.
There were six units in the building & our paperwork was not clear as to what unit we rented.
