I wouldn't recommend relying on the price shown during booking. You should confirm all costs directly with the property before you arrive, as they will likely quote you different amounts on the spot. Also, don't expect the facilities listed in the booking description things like air conditioning may come at an extra charge. If you need to change your stay dates, be aware that the daily rate will probably change entirely. When you check in, they may refuse to honor the original booking price, claiming it was a one-day promotional offer that no longer applies. They might also say they're operating at a loss and can't afford that rate, so they'll insist you pay more. At checkout, aside from the usual taxes, they may show you a screenshot from their booking platform agent view and demand that you cover their commission as well something that should be their responsibility. They're often unfamiliar with how booking platforms work, and even if you try to explain or show them support chats from Booking.com, they're unlikely to listen.
