The location was perfect. Close to the hospital (we were there for a surgery) and doctor office, plenty of restaurants and stores.

Email with the entry code came after we arrived and notify them we didn't have a way to get in. There was an oven appliance that couldn't be accessed because it was in a very high cabinet. Too heavy and awkward to take down myself. Lose power to the refrigerator outlet twice the last week of our stay. It was fixed once, lasted 30 mintues and lost it again, never fixed again before we left. Had to move the fridget to a different outlet. The complimentary cleaning never happened even though it was scheduled a few times. Finally received a bag of clean linen/towels and bath tissues after telling them I had washed the linen myself, the blanket had stain on it and a clean one was not included in the bag. Our stay was for 38 nights.
