The vue is worth it

The vue was perfect. House was clean

One bedroom had a terrible mattress, completely fallen side . And the baby beds provided were moldy

Unsafe, Dirty, and Misrepresented – Avoid This Propert

Nothing

Unhygienic and unsafe: Rooms and bathroom full of moths and spiders (we have photos). A child in our group suffered insect bites and needed medication. Filthy bedding: Sofa bed was broken, smelly, and unusable; pillows were old and unhygienic. Caused back and neck pain. Unsafe bathroom: No shower curtain/door, so water flooded the walkway and toilet, leaving dangerously slippery floors. No exhaust, forcing us to leave the window open facing another building. Poor facilities: Only two small bottles of shower gel for 5 guests, two tiny toilet rolls left on a window sill, no shelves, no toiletries, and a dirty broom left near the sofa. False advertising: “Infinity pool” was dirty, poorly maintained, and unusable. Cleaning only started when we were leaving. Unprofessional staff: At checkout, when we raised issues, staff just laughed and said “don’t worry.” Privacy & safety risk: No operational reception. We were forced to send soft copies of all our passports via WhatsApp to the staff — highly unprofessional and unsafe. This stay left us exhausted, humiliated, and unsafe — particularly concerning with a pregnant woman and child in our group. For the price charged, it was nothing short of a scam. Booking.com rates this property 8.8 (“Fabulous”), which is completely misleading. I strongly urge Booking.com to review this listing. Advice to travellers: Do not be fooled by the photos or rating. This property is dirty, unsafe, and not worth even a fraction of the price. Avoid at all costs

Beautiful location with great views, but the cleanliness and comfort could be improved.

The view of the lake was absolutely stunning and the location is very peaceful.

The house was not as clean as expected: there were many spider webs, the floor was not properly cleaned, and the dishwasher had an unpleasant smell. Also, the single beds were too small and uncomfortable.

Overall enjoyed our stay

Loved the view and the pool,,very quiet at night. Great to eat meals on outdoor table overlooking amazing view.

No fans or air con,,no simple kitchen supplies like salt n pepper, oil etc. parking car was pretty tricky down a narrow entry. No extra towels for pool so take your own. More generous bathroom supplies would have been nice.

Ein Ort zum Durchatmen und Staunen! Vom Infinity-Pool aus schweift der Blick über den Comer See bis hin zu den majestätischen Bergen – einfach magisch. Das Appartement ist gemütlich, gepflegt und bietet alles, was man für eine entspannte Auszeit braucht. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden, sogar die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Morgens der Nebel über dem See, abends die goldene Sonne – schöner kann man den Oktober kaum erleben. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder! 🌞🏞️

A kilátás leírhatatlanul meseszép volt. Szép, tiszta medence. Makulátlanul tiszta apartman. Nagy fürdőszoba. Nagyon kedves recepciós hölgy. Jól felszerelt konyha.

Nagyon nagy volt a hőség mikor ott voltunk, és nincs légkondicionáló. A két szomszéd apartmanban éppen zajos családok voltak, az egyikre, este 11 után már szólnom kellett, hogy halkabban viháncoljanak a medencébe, ami kb. 8 méterre volt a hálószobánktól.

Jesteśmy zachwycone pobytem w tym miejscu! Widoki są niesamowite, zarówno w dzień jak i w nocy, cudna panorama jeziora, miasta i gór. Basen piękny i czysty, otoczenie zadbane, miła właścicielka. Same plusy, marzę o tym by móc tam jeszcze kiedyś wrócić!
