Location was perfect, the most beautiful part of Milano, everything is very close, you can walk or use metro/bus that is also very close to the apartment.. Hosts were very nice and helped us with organization of the trip, they answered me every question and recomended me great things, with patience.

Fantastic location and very clean apartment. Good for short stays.

The location of this apartment is fantastic and very close to bars, restaurants and transport links. The little outdoor space was nicely decorated and felt quite private considering we were in an block of flats. We were sent a video which clearly showed how to get the keys and enter the apartment.

We would have liked more pillows and the bed was a little soft for our tastes. The apartment is very small and there wasn't much room for manoeuvring around for two people as we had an exceptionally large suitcase with us.

Very bad if you dont like heat and not getting your money’s worth. But good Location.

The only positive thing about this place, is its placement.

The “bed” was actually just a sofa, and the room was unbearably hot – it honestly felt like a sauna. There was no air conditioning, and opening the window didn’t help at all. Sleeping there in summer was almost impossible, as it was hard to even breathe in the heat. The kitchen was also disappointing. All the utensils were dirty and had to be washed before use. There was no dishcloth provided, so the only option was to use toilet paper or bath towels to dry things. The lack of a pepper grinder or pre-ground pepper was a small but frustrating detail, as there wasn’t even anything available to improvise with. On top of that, the chairs and table were awkwardly placed, making the kitchen very impractical to use. Cleanliness was also an issue. In the bathroom, the top of the cabinet hadn’t been cleaned – there were old, used cotton swabs and hairs left behind from previous guests, which was both unpleasant and unhygienic. Overall, the worst part was definitely the extreme heat in the room, which made it nearly impossible to enjoy the stay. Because of this, I would not recommend this place for anyone planning to visit during the summer.

Location and apartment is excellent to experience the beauty of Milan, management needs work.

Location is excellent right in the middle of the gorgeous Brera district.

The day we arrived we got displaced to another property in Chinatown (no air conditioning and not a nice district) because of disorganisation from Management. Nil compensation for displacement. Towels and bedding were little musky (smelt like didn’t dry properly). Lock box in return did not open, despite using advised pin code to open.

The location is amazing! And it also has a new clean bathroom.

There was no air conditioner-July is too hot to not have one along with the fact that there isn’t any windows apart from one facing the buildings open corridor. No hair dryer.

Ok if you just want a shower and bed but not ideal for a longer self catering stay.

City tax payment link was problematic. Offered to pay on arrival but host would not disclose key location until tax was paid ( even though I had prepaid 4 nights accommodation in advance.) The location for the keys was like a treasure hunt across the road and around the block! Living area no daylight and poor lighting. Broken folding chair at the small dining table. No oven or microwave and not even a kettle to boil water if you want a cup of tea.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The staff was extremely inattentive and not helpful at all. Communication was difficult, and responses were significantly delayed. The city tax payment link did not work, and I wasn’t informed why it was charged in advance. Additionally, the room I was given was not the same as shown in the photos—the sofa had been turned into a bed, and even the hair dryer didn’t work. The only positive aspect was the location. I kindly request that you take the necessary action. Best regards. --- Let me know if you'd like to adapt it for a specific platform (like Booking.com or Airbnb).

Nice Budget Stay

RRRapido was a nice small apartment that was located in a FANTASTIC location. Considering everything, it was great value for money whilst staying in Milan.

Sadly the sofa bed (which was the only bed) was not very comfortable

Great location

You sleep on a sofa bed that is not super comfortable and not suitable for tall people (as of 1.85m). Very noisy as you hear the neighbours talking from their apartment and/or watching TV. There’s only one window that gives on the stairs so not ideal.

me gusto la ubicacion , anfitrion genial , nos tuvo que esperar porque habia trafico y llegamos un poquito mas tarde.. ( minutos ) el apartamento pequeño pero bien equipado , baño nuevo , el agua caliente, tv , articulos de limpieza todo eso genial .

por poner una pega , la cama es sofa cama ( nada mas que te giras suena.. ) pero ni tan mal.. y otra cosa que en el patio comunitario que hay hay unos contenedores y una de las puertas creo que pertenece a un bar y se escuchan las risas, hablando en el patio y sobre todo tirando los vidrios... a la hora de descansar a la noche.

Logement propre et fonctionnel, cependant sur la description du logement nous nous attendions à avoir une chambre mais nous avons eu un canapé lit qui pour 1 ou 2 nuits est suffisant mais pour un séjour plus long il est préférable d’avoir un vrai lit.. Bon emplacement car facile d’accès à pied par rapport aux principaux lieux d’intérêts de Milan. Hôte réactif quand nous avions eu du mal à trouver la boîte à clé.

A day to Milan

La struttura è ottima per la posizione, la casa piccola e accogliente. Host veramente gentilissimo e cordiale.

Unica pecca del soggiorno che purtroppo devo menzionare sono le lenzuola. Credo che si debbano cambiare più spesso perché abbiamo passato la notte con gli acari ovunque… Del resto non ci si può lamentare di nulla perché era tutto perfetto

Excelente hospedagem!

Eu amei essa hospedagem! É super bem localizada em Brera, perto do Duomo e de algumas estações de metro, então de fácil acesso. A entrega das chaves foi tranquila, me atendaram super bem e rápido pelo WhatsApp. A acomodação é excelente, com cozinha, banheiro e quarto, um ótimo espaço. Tem elevador no local, então também facilita quem está viajando com malas.

Stanza poco curata con arredi messi un po’ a caso. Non corrisponde con le foto su Booking.com. che sembrano mostrare due alloggi diversi in un unico portafoglio. Cucina con elettrodomestici vetusti, manca bollitore per acqua e microonde. Il letto é un divano letto in condizioni non ottime. Da un lato non si può praticamente scendere essendo attaccato al muro, imbarazzo con il collega con cui dividevo la stanza. Ambiente buio (una sola finestra che dà sulle scale). La doccia non scarica e crea acqua stagnante non molto igienico. Alloggio non pulito (briciole capelli etc.) tuttavia abbiamo chiesto pulizia ed è stata prontamente fatta. Il tavolo non è comodo e non adatto per lavorare. In generale ci siamo trovati molto male e il prezzo ci è sembrato eccessivo di molto per i sevizi offerti. Milano merita di meglio.

La ubicación pero no vale la pena

Para recoger las llaves tuvimos que caminar dos cuadras bajo la lluvia cargando maletas. La entrada está en muy malas condiciones: paredes deterioradas, con humedad y un aspecto descuidado. La habitación no mejoró la impresión inicial. Había un fuerte olor a cigarrillo, escasa ventilación (solo una ventana con vista a unas escaleras sucias) y estaba llena de zancudos. La limpieza fue claramente deficiente: las sábanas tenían manchas y cabellos, las almohadas olían a humedad, y tanto el grifo como la ducha y el espejo estaban sucios, este último incluso con restos de pasta dental. La cocina presentaba un salpicadero sucio, estufa deteriorada y mucho polvo en general. El mobiliario tampoco fue adecuado: no había cama real, sino un sofá cama muy deteriorado que rechinaba con cada movimiento y un colchón incómodo. El sitio no cuenta con aire acondicionado, lo que hizo la estancia aún más desagradable, y las áreas comunes transmiten una sensación de inseguridad. Lo único positivo es la ubicación, pero no compensa las condiciones en las que se encuentra el alojamiento. Finalmente, encontramos unas sábanas limpias en un clóset, las pusimos sobre el sofá cama y dormimos con la ropa puesta. Evitamos usar la ducha y nos fuimos lo antes posible. Una experiencia realmente decepcionante.

Logement sale, des cheveux partout et meme des ongles coupés au sol !!! Douche bouchée, non nettoyée avec de l'eau stagnante. Globalement le ménage n'a pas ete fait (cuisine sale...). J'ai écrit a l'hôte pour l'en avertir mais n'ai pas eu de réponse.

Os quartos são pequenos, mas muito bem localizados. O processo de checkin foi bem fácil. Esquecemos o celular dentro da acomodação e a Zarina nos ajudou, entregando-o a uma amiga que estava na cidade. Muitos restaurantes próximos e mercados também.

Os colchões não são muito confortáveis e faltou uma cafeteira.

Está a unos diez minutos caminando del Duomo. Hay muchos sitios donde comer cerca.

Estaba sucio. La nevera no servía y estaba sucia. No tiene aire a pesar de que en las fotos se muestra con un aire. Solo un ventilador y el calor es insoportable. Las toallas tenían un olor extraño. Muchos mosquitos los que nos dejó llenas de picaduras. No había donde botar la basura.

Struttura centralissima

Camera abbastanza piccola, con una sola finestra che da sulle scale in comune (praticamente aprendo la finestra hai le persone che passano e ti vedono), divano letto abbastanza scomodo (non era indicato nella descrizione), bagno piccolo e senza finestra e poca luce, doccia che si allaga, non funziona bene lo scarico. Lo staff che alle 09:30 del mattino già voleva che usciva dalla stanza, invece che alle 11 come scritto nella descrizione

Per recuperare le chiavi devi fare la caccia al tesoro. Asciugamani che puzzano. Letto che è un divano letto scomodissimo con il materasso bassissimo. Stanza buia con una mini finestra che dà sulle scale rumorose .

Gute Lage, aber die Wohnung ist etwas enttäuschend.

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Kaum Tageslicht, schlechtes Wasserdruck in der Dusche - war schwierig Haare zu waschen. Kein Wasserkocher oder Koffeemaschine. Sofa in der Küche in schlechtem Zustand, man will da gar nicht sitzen.
