The ladies were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The traditional rooms are beautifully designed and built. I would love to see how they are built. The setting is fantastic. A beautiful view from the main complex.
I would have preferred a room with a view of the dam. The access road is a bit bumpy.

The staff were incredible. They would do anything for you to ensure you are happy. We had to leave very early the next morning for a fishing trip so they had a great English breakfast ready at 6am. I have never found cleaner towels or bedding at any place I have ever stayed. The pool has a STUNNING view of the lake and mountains.
The entertainment area is very dusty. Seems they may be short on staff as the two ladies are running around doing everything. It took very long for us to get drinks from the gentleman and the options are limited. They cater more for events and large crowds I believe.
