Pleasant stay with parking
I like the location and that it was close to Disney land Park and that it has parking
The rooms are very small for 3-4 persons but good enough for a 2 day visit or 2 persons only in the apartment

Beaux appartements mais pas suffisamment entretenus
Bien situé et bien décoré
Superficiellement, les choses sont belles, mais dès qu’on va y voir de plus près, c’est un peu décevant.
Rien de grave, mais voici toutefois ce qu’il y a dire :
1. Le mécanisme électronique de la porte d’un des deux appartements ne fonctionnait pas. Heureusement que nous sommes arrivés à des heures raisonnables car nous avons pu solliciter le propriétaire. Cependant, après contrôle avec la concierge rencontrée à la fin du séjour, celle-ci m’a confirmé avoir constaté et signalé le problème avant notre arrivé. Cependant, malgré cela, le problème était là à notre arrivée et nous n’avions pas été avertis non plus.
2. Internet ne marchait pas à pendant la moitié du séjour dans un des deux appartements.
3. Lors de la sollicitation du propriétaire, celui-ci se plaint qu’il a beaucoup à faire avec 13 appartements en location. C’est une attitude qui manque de professionnalisme et de sérieux.
4. Les draps ne respiraient pas la fraîcheur absolue. Il est impossible que ceux-ci aient été lavés récemment !!!
5. La poussière n’a pas été passée depuis longtemps sur des éléments situés à la hauteur des yeux ! La concierge est très gentille, mais je soupçonne qu’avec ces treize appartements, le propriétaire vise seulement la rentabilité et ne donne pas suffisamment de temps et de moyens aux personnes responsables de l’entretien.
6. Visiblement, la destination de la salle de bain n’était pas claire lors du projet car les tuyaux d’eau ont été installés après que la pièce ait été carrelée !!! Invraisemblable. Tout es visible.
7. Le siphon de la salle de bain était si sale que l’eau ne s’écoulait même plus.
