About this house rental
Cozy 50-square-meter accommodation at the Baia delle Mimose Village in Badesi.
Modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms, veranda, and both indoor and outdoor showers, plus a small garden.
Evening entertainment (June–September) included.
A very long public beach with direct access from the resort, just a 2½-minute walk away. A 400-meter-long area with facilities (for a fee) and a bar.
Mini-market, bar/ice cream shop, general store, pizzeria.
Sports center (admission €7/day) with a swimming pool, basketball court, multipurpose court, mini-golf, and table tennis.
DESCRIPTION: The house features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, including dishes, an induction cooktop, a refrigerator with freezer, a conventional oven, a microwave, a kettle, and a TV.
It has two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—both with their own closets.
The bathroom, which has a window, is equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet, shower stall, and washing machine.
Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning for cooling and heating.
The veranda is furnished with a table and chairs for 4 people and opens onto the living-dining area, making it the ideal spot to enjoy your meals while gazing at the beautiful Mediterranean scrub.
In front of the veranda is a small garden where you can relax, hang out, and enjoy the convenient outdoor shower when you return from the beach.
Sheets and towels are available on-site upon request.
Mandatory final cleaning fee: 70 euros.
You can park your car in the numerous free parking lots and in the designated spaces next to the house; parking on the roadway is prohibited as it is municipal property.

Sheets and towels are available for rent on-site. I can act as an intermediary to provide you with the contact information, but payment must be made directly on-site by the guests upon delivery of the linens, on the day of your arrival, if requested.
