This home follows all local regulations set by the City of Laguna Beach, which require a minimum stay of 31 days. To ensure compliance, all guests will be required to sign a month-to-month lease agreement prior to check-in.
House Guidelines:
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• No parties, events, or large gatherings
• Registered guests only — no unapproved visitors
Parking:
One dedicated parking space is provided and located directly in front of the garage. Please note that garage access is not included.
Street parking is also available in the area; however, availability may vary. If needed, we can assist in coordinating with the city to obtain an additional parking permit at the guest’s expense.
Access & Stairs:
Stairs are required to access the condo. Once inside, the home is single-level with no additional stairs.
Climate Control:
The home is equipped with central air conditioning, which is a rare and valuable feature in Laguna Beach.

Security:
For safety and security, exterior entry points may be monitored by security cameras. There are no cameras inside the home.
PLEASE NOTE:
For stays longer than 6 weeks, we require that the property be professionally cleaned by our team at least once every 30 days. These cleanings help maintain the quality of the home and ensure a comfortable experience throughout your stay.
Each cleaning includes a full linen refresh and general housekeeping. The cost is not included in the booking total and will be billed separately.
Prior to each scheduled cleaning, we will coordinate with you to find a convenient time during your stay.
