Its the best of all worlds - walkable, near the heart of the city, and just a short drive to sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach. Guests have even rented scooters downtown & parked them at the cottage to use during their stay. Parking is free & abundant street parking - we suggest parking on the La Rua Street side of the home.

We had a great experience at this property. The owners were very easy to get in touch with and gave prompt responses to all of our questions. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and hope to have another chance to stay here in the future.

We really enjoyed staying at this VRBO. The bed was very comfortable and the shower (what my husband grades a place on) was up to his standard. It was well equipped and we found everything we needed. I especially enjoyed the lovely decor and special touches such as brass faucets.
