There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the family room, and the fully equipped kitchen has an electric hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. The house has three bathrooms - two with toilet, washbasin and shower and one with toilet and washbasin only. For relaxation there is an indoor jacuzzi for one person and outside there is garden furniture, sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue and a 6,500 m² naturally wooded plot with stunning water views. The house is heated by electric heating and an air-to-water heat pump for year-round comfort. The house is only a 10-minute walk from the charming restaurant Skovmøllen, a 5-minute drive from the beach and only 2 minutes from a forest entrance. Mols Bjerge and the neighboring forest areas offer scenic hiking trails, including unique forest trails. The beds are 90 x 200 cm and have separate mattress toppers for extra comfort.
