Azure Leisure is a great family vacation home, with 3,298sf (2,607 interior sf) located in Old Seagrove, just outside Seaside. With 5 bedrooms/4 full baths/2 half baths, Azure Leisure will sleep up to 15 guests and offers an elevator, 12'x24' private heated saltwater pool (heating fee applies), 2 living and kitchen areas, Gulf and Seaside views, a 5-minute stroll (.2 mile) to the Dogwood/Thyme neighborhood beach access and a 90-second walk into Seaside. NOTE: There is NO spa/hot tub feature on the pool; this is simply an extension of the pool that can only be heated if you have paid to have the pool heated. Living room fireplace is decorative only (not for guest use).

Azure Leisure is located at the dead-end of Cypress Hill Drive. While only 100 yards from the Gulf, beach can only be accessed via West Grove Avenue to Dogwood Street and across 30A (.2 mile or 6-minute walk). Please note - parking for maximum 3 vehicles at house. Parking is extremely tight; oversized vehicles might not fit. Overflow parking is available along 30A in designated off-street spaces.

Please NOTE - if you wish to add pool heating to your stay, the additional fee is $60 per night + tax and must be arranged directly with Grayt 30A Vacations no later than 7-nights/1 week prior to arrival. There is NO spa/hot tub feature on the pool; this is simply an extension of the pool that can only be heated if you have paid to have the pool heated. It is not recommended to heat the pool in colder weather, as heaters will not be able to heat to the desired setting as ambient temperatures fall below 50 degrees.

We were 2 families (9 total) meeting up for Labor Day weekend. We had a great time ! The location of the home is perfect-it’s literally right next to seaside and a very short walk to the beach. We contacted a beach service to have chairs at the public beach access (don’t think you can enter the beach through seaside without a code). The house was clean & the beds were really comfortable! We loved the balcony area off the main living space, the pool & the bikes. They even have a wagon to use for hauling your beach stuff which was very convenient. The quirks to the house were minor but worth noting …..the elevator was not working (we were contacted on our arrival day and informed of this), & while not necessary for us, it would have been very helpful for luggage and groceries (the kitchen is on the 3rd story). Also, The 2nd story shared bathroom has a window in the shower that no one used until we rigged a cover for it as the tall neighboring house can totally see in the shower. Lastly, there were just a few things that were short- not enough coffee mugs ( we struggled to find 6), wine glasses, main living area seating (for a house that sleeps 15), & parking (only 2 spots and it’s tight/difficult to turn around because neighbors inevitably were also cramped & blocking the narrow lane). There are some starter supplies - 1 paper towel roll, 2 dishwasher pods, small dish soap/sponge & 2 packs of laundry detergent, but no and pepper or leftover coffee filters.

The home is lovely and just as pictured. There were lots of windows and great light. We had a few maintenance issues; the property manager was always available and responded quickly. I read the listing and was prepared with dishwasher, dish, and laundry detergent I also bought tissues, paper towels, napkins, and toilet paper (they provided a small amount) I didn't read closely enough to see that we also needed beach towels (at a beach house!), salt and pepper, condiments, coffee filters, coffee, sponges to clean with, shampoo (again, small ones provided, but we were there a week) The biggest issue for us was the beach access Looking at the aerial photo, it is clear the house is one off 30A However, access is unavailable, with the path running on the other side of the fence. We had to walk four blocks around to reach beach 30a (5 minutes) versus two minutes advertised It was so hot, and the gravel/dirt road had huge puddles, slowing our progress. Other than that daily annoyance, the trip was great.

House was in great location! Good for our family! House was not as clean. Dishes looked a bit dirty. Sheets were a bit dirty in one of bedrooms but management responded very quickly. Overall house was good just needs a little more TLC!
