The Birke Holiday Apartment is located in Schwärzenbach, a picturesque district of Titisee-Neustadt. It is situated on the ground floor of our holiday home, just a few steps from the Salenhof.
With 75 m² of living space, the apartment offers accommodation for up to 4 people. It features a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, two cozy bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. In the living area, a smart TV with streaming services, a CD player, a radio, and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment and comfort.
For families with small children, a baby cot and a highchair are available.
The partially covered terrace invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings with a view of the valley and the forest.
The property offers a shared outdoor area with garden, barbecue, and playground (swing, slide, sandbox) for guests to enjoy. On request, we offer a bread roll delivery service so you can enjoy fresh rolls every morning. There are 10 parking spaces on the premises. One pet is allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The property provides guidelines to help guests separate waste correctly. More information is available on site. The property features energy- and water-saving facilities and a convenient self-check-in system. Please note that towels are not provided and must be brought by guests.
