This beautiful T2 apartment, located between the port and the famous card players' square, welcomes you all year round for your stays with friends or family, or for your business trips, in the heart of the city, in a lively district.
Fully equipped and completely refurbished, everything has been designed to make your stay a pleasant and comfortable one.
Parking possible in the vicinity of the Place d'Armes, Liberté or Peiresc parking lots.

Located on the 3rd floor with elevator of a building overlooking the square Léon Vérane and the Avenue de la République, the apartment is designed to accommodate up to four people and is tastefully decorated, air-conditioned and fully equipped.
The living room area is equipped with a very comfortable convertible sofa bed, and the bedroom with a double bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, but also all household appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator, nespresso coffee machine, hob).
Everything you need to spend a serene first night will be provided to you (coffee, tea, water, washing up liquid, cleaning kit...).
The bathroom is also fully equipped, with towels for the number of people indicated when you booked, hairdryer and basic toiletries.
The air-conditioned apartment is cosy, tastefully decorated, refurbished and equipped with internet.

The train and bus stations are a 15-minute walk away.
The pier for the Water Bus to La Seyne, Les Sablettes and Saint Mandrier are a 1-minute walk away, just cross the Avenue de la République to get to the port.PGJyPg

The pedestrianised town centre with its many shops and restaurants are just behind the apartment.
The Toulon Arsenal is at the end of the street, and the Mayol stadium at the other end.
The beaches of Mourillon can be reached in 30 minutes by bus or car.
All the basic necessities are provided for your arrival.
It will be up to you to renew at the end of the during your stay if necessary.
So you will find all the linen (sheets, towels, dish towels...), but also a cleaning and hygiene kit at your disposal.
We are at your disposal in case of additional cleaning during your stay, but also linen renewal, grocery delivery service, etc... (on request, services invoiced in addition).
