About this house rental

A lovely family home in Battersea on a quiet road adjacent to Clapham Common. It has a lovely large kitchen which opens onto a wonderful courtyard outdoor area with dining table and chairs for outdoor eating during the warmer months.

Daily cleaning is available with a trusted housekeeper who can clean the kitchen, bathrooms and re make beds on a daily basis at an extra fee of £25 per hour.

If your stay is in excess of two weeks the house keeper will provide a complimentary weekly change of bedding and towels.

There are two double bedrooms and two kids bedrooms, one with bunk beds and one with a single bed.

Parking is available on the street. Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm pay and display otherwise free of charge.

Guests will be able to access all the areas shown on the photos.

The manager Anna is round th corner when you cone and stay and is very happy to help with any of your requests or interests. London is full of wonderful things to see and visit. She will be contactable 24/7.

Battersea is a wonderful leafy area. All the joys of Clapham Common are right on your doorstep.
There are tennis courts, basketball courts, cricket nets and a skate park. Three cafes, two playgrounds and a paddling pool.

Really lovely house, exceptionally clean, great showers, a real home from home. Highly recommend! I’d definitely stay again! Not a problem for us, but just to note, there is no TV, and it’s clear that getting wardrobes up to the top floor was an issue, but there’s plenty of storage in the other rooms. So good for Clapham Common and access to central London whilst being in a quiet road!

House was wonderful and as advertised. Communication with property manager was excellent. House was clean and ready to go. Only disappointment was no TV, would have made stay perfect

Amazing house - roomy, clean and comfortable. In a lovely location right near the Clapham park and the bus and shops. Highly recommend!
