Adjacent to the Trans Canada Highway, you can access the accommodation without navigating through busy down town streets.

Only 7 minutes to the town of Canmore, 15 minutes to the Banff National Park gates and a short drive to all the Rocky Mountain Attractions.
This ground level 2 Bedroom with Bunk is suitable for a family of 5, or a group of friends looking for a Mountain Getaway.
It features two separate bedrooms. Master bedroom with 1 king bed, Bunk room with 1 Queen & 1 Single bed. 2 full bathrooms. Open concept living/dining room with a full kitchen. Washer & Dryer in the unit
Access to this unit is directly from parking lot. First come first serve parking is available on premises at no extra cost. **Parking in front of your unit is not guaranteed**

Yamnuska Suites is an Old Repurposed Motel located within ~200 meters from the highway, providing easy in and out access from/to the suites.
Due to the proximity of the highway, highway noise can be heard. Earplugs can be provided to help reduce the highway noise, request must be placed in advance.
The exterior of the building is old and not renovated, though we do our best to maintain the units so they don't get affected by the exterior look.
**Be aware of Mosquitoes**
Due to the proximity to bodies of water such as lakes, river and forest, we recommend bringing your own repellent spray as well as avoid leaving garbage outside the units.
There is no public transportation to or from Yamnuska Suites. A Vehicle is necessary to access the property.
Please note that cancellations due to weather, illness, injury, delayed services like flight cancellations, etc are not covered under our refund policy.
We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance or ensuring your credit card covers travel cancellation insurance.
Many trip cancellation insurance policies reimburse you for prepaid non-refundable travel expenses if you must cancel for a covered reason (illness, injury, delayed services, weather) — but only if you purchase the policy before you travel and you cancel for a reason stated in the insurer’s terms. Travel cancellation insurance may provide reimbursement even when refunds are not available.
Please ensure all dishes are washed and anything that needs to be placed in the garbage (in the units), is in the bins.

couch was gross and chairs in the living room were very unstable. didn’t spend a lot of time there so it was okay for just sleeping. there is a huge a flag right outside the master bedroom and when the wind would blow it would whip really loud. this is also the bottom floor apartment so i can only imagine how loud it was for the renters above us. the property owners were good to work with though but it is more like a hotel rather than your typical family owned property

The place was clean and tidy. The rooms were ready before time and all instructions were well communicated. The start up kit provided was very helpful. Washrooms were clean. The bunk bed was comfy. There were no mosquitoes or bed bugs. Heating was perfect. Kitchen was well equipped with needed pantry. Will definitely recommend this place! Thank you so much!!
