About this house rental
Welcome to Holiday House, your ideal coastal retreat in the exclusive gated community of Carillon Beach. Just three homes from the Gulf, this stunning new build blends luxury, comfort, and convenience. The property features a spacious 4-bedroom main home plus a newly remodeled carriage house, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. Designer finishes and bright, open living spaces create the perfect setting for a relaxed yet refined beach getaway.
Enjoy a complimentary daily beach setup with two chairs and an umbrella, plus additional beach chairs and umbrellas available in the garage for larger groups.
First Floor
The main living level features a spacious living room, chef-inspired kitchen, and a beautiful dining table perfect for gathering. This floor includes a King Suite with a private ensuite bath and walk-in shower, a bunk suite with two full beds on the bottom and two twins above, and its own ensuite bath with walk-in shower.
Second Floor
Upstairs, you’ll find a Queen Bedroom with an ensuite walk-in shower and a King Suite with a private bath featuring a tub/shower combination. A stacked washer and dryer is conveniently located on this level. Step out onto the shaded balcony with comfortable seating that is ideal for morning coffee or unwinding after a beach day.
Carriage House
The private carriage house includes a King bed with an ensuite walk-in shower, plus two twin beds in the loft. A kitchenette with a microwave, a Keurig, and a mini fridge makes this space perfect for guests wanting extra privacy.
Outdoor Living
Relax around the fire pit after sunset or enjoy the peaceful coastal breeze in the inviting outdoor space.
Carillon Beach offers 3,900 feet of pristine, uncrowded sugar-white sand, along with three community pools (two heated year-round except June–October), tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, a playground, boutique shops, and dining, including a new coffee shop. Just five minutes from Rosemary Beach and 30Avenue, the location provides easy access to shopping and dining while remaining peaceful and private. Golf carts are permitted within the community.
Vehicle registration through SymLiv is required prior to arrival. A $35 per vehicle fee is paid directly to the resort and provides QR/PIN access to the community and amenities. Personal beach chairs and umbrellas are allowed near the shoreline. Canopies up to 10’x10’ are permitted and must be free of branding.

We had a fabulous week at Holiday House. The home is new and absolutely gorgeous. The finishings were beautiful, and everything we would need or want was there. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, but big enough for nice bike rides and walks, and we took advantage of the Pickleball courts. One of the best things was the beach access. You were literally steps away from the stairs leading to the beach. It couldn’t be more convenient than that. We will definitely be back!

This was an incredible beach house vacation. We were only able to get away for a few days but this house makes us want to plan our spring or summer vacation for a couple weeks because we didn't want to leave. Having 5 bedrooms but also a little carriage house bedroom separate from the main house was very convenient. It also has so many amenities for every lifestyle. Pools, playgrounds, basketball, short stroll to the beach, and an easy golf cart drive from a bunch of shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed the gated community privacy/security as well for our kiddos. On top of all that, the management company was there for every need we had. They checked in on us multiple times to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The beds were sooooo comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you would need to feel like you are at home cooking. And of course the beach was amazing, as always! Highly recommend staying here.
