Our 900 sqft basement apartment features a master bedroom, connecting kitchenette/sitting room, and bathroom. We are a 20-minute drive to the UW campus, Capitol Square, and Dane County Airport—minutes from Middleton Pheasant Branch Conservancy for hiking and biking. Madison and Middleton consistently win "Best Places to Live" awards for quality of life.

We feel like we were staying with new family members, Phil and Vicky (and Taz) were so welcoming with a heavy dose of Midwest hospitality. Only a few issues with some cobwebs throughout the unit, a freezer which needed attention (needs defrosting), and some details in the bathroom needing attention. Otherwise, the space (huge!) and privacy are all unmatched. We will not hesitate to stay here again, hopefully next time a little later in the season when we can use the massive pool! Thank you for everything Phil and Vicky!
