Nestled between Coconut Tree Hill and Turtle Beach, we offer full privacy with an off-site concierge and direct beach access.
The villa is fully fenced in with a security system. It has 3 bedrooms all featuring king-sized beds and AC, 2 full bathrooms, and an outdoors beach shower.
Other amenities include: a fast fiber package, Wi-Fi 6E, a large garden, well-stocked kitchen, laundry washing machine and dryer, generous private parking, a dynamic lighting system, blackout curtains, dedicated workspace, outdoor furniture, and close proximity to Mirissa main strip.

Our villa boasts three spacious rooms with plush king-sized beds and super smooth, high thread count bedding:
Bedroom 1-The Golden Room: stunning views (see Coconut Tree Hill from your room), A/C, couch transforms into an extra double bed for eased family stays
Bedroom 2-The Yellow Room: (see Coconut Tree Hill from your room), A/C
Bedroom 3-The Orange Room: garden views, and full ensuite bathroom, A/C

A second full bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub, shower, and granite counters.
A modernized kitchen with a new stovetop, oven, microwave, dual stainless-steel sinks, deep freezer, and a refrigerator.
Common areas adorned with antique Dutch furniture, crafted from ebony and mahogany.
Stay connected with high-speed fiber internet, perfect for streaming, gaming, or video calls. For added convenience, our property includes a keyless entry system for the gate and house (physical keys still required for bedrooms) and a large onsite parking area.
