Simply wonderful, had all I needed. Most updated property in Sunriver I've seen! Beautifully decorated & furnished. Mattress itself seemed a little wonky but got a great night sleep. Nice little well-cared for green grass area outside back slider. Just around the back of this building is one of the best views at Sunriver. Very easy access to the biking/walking paved trail. Couldn't have been happier. Will stay here again.

The time at the actual condo was very nice. The rental staff was not. I had a very hard time finding the place as they look like a car repair shop and I would have never guessed that was the right place. After driving around for an hour I finally found it. I was naturally ab it frustrated and the staff was basically suggested it was my fault for not being able to find it. Then I get to the condo and the code didn't work. So I called again and she said checkin wasn't until 4pm even though my email said 3pm. I had been driving around at this point for over an hour with vegetables and fruit in my vehicle. I was starting to smell it. I told the staff my food is going to go bad I really need to get it in. Now I didn't know that it was 8 min till 4pm. She then says she didn't think that food would spoil in 8 mins. She was combative and rude in a very frustrating time for me.

This property was described as a cozy condo, but actually was more of a studio apartment. The “kitchen” was non-existent and consisted of a 3 foot countertop with a bar-sized sink, no stovetop/oven, a small toaster oven with a regular toaster stacked on top. The fridge was very small-could not stand a bottle of wine or carton of milk, and froze fresh vegetables. It was very disappointing, however it was clean and the bathroom had been updated. A BBQ would have been nice for cooking dinners.
