Beautiful and comfortable VILLA HABA is located in the village of Šišan, near Pula, in a very peaceful area just 4 km from the sea.This charming 100m2 villa with a swimming pool sits on a 600 m² plot, offering a true oasis for relaxation—perfect for escaping everyday life while enjoying a stunning sunset.
The villa is designed on a single level, with no stairs, making it ideal for families with young children as well as individuals with reduced mobility.It features a spacious living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a dining area perfect for 5 guests, offering a beautiful view of the spacious 9x3 m pool. Positioned on the western side, the pool is bathed in sunlight throughout the entire day. Villa Haba has two bedrooms located on opposite sides, thus offering complete privacy. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, a television, and a private bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.
The outdoor pool area impresses with its spaciousness, sun loungers, and a terrace with a parasol—perfect for relaxing outdoors.
The villa offers amenities such as two parking spaces, a seperate toilet with a washing machine, and a large entrance closet for storing bulky items such as suitcases. Additionally, there is an outdoor storage space for bicycles, paddleboards, and other sports equipment, as well as a barbecue area.
Šišan is a historic and picturesque village located 7 km from the city of Pula, making it an excellent starting point for exploring other attractions in Istria. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, characterized by traditional stone houses. In the center of Šišan, you can find several local taverns and restaurants where you can enjoy Istrian specialties and locally produced wines.

“After a very smooth and warm welcome from the host — who truly knows how to receive guests after a 15-hour drive — we started a wonderful two-week holiday. We have been to Istria several times before, but in terms of location, this was by far the best spot yet. You’re close to the beautiful city of Pula and several charming villages with lovely little harbours. Within just a 10-minute drive, there are plenty of small beaches where you can still enjoy peace and quiet.The villa itself is perfectly maintained, down to the last detail. And if something were not quite right, I have no doubt it would be fixed immediately. There is plenty of privacy, a crystal-clear pool that is checked every few days to ensure everything stays perfect — it really makes you feel looked after.I can honestly say this has been the best house we have rented in Croatia so far, and the others were actually more expensive. Highly recommended!

We just returned from the most relaxing vacation at this lovely house, and we’re already dreaming of going back. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The house itself is beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location was exactly what we were hoping for—quiet, serene, and surrounded by nature. It felt like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We enjoyed long, lazy afternoons on the patio, listening to the birds and soaking in the calm atmosphere.If you're looking for a restful retreat where you can truly disconnect and recharge, this is the place. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive.All in all, it was a perfect vacation. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already planning our next visit!
