We offer a two-bedroom apartment for tourist rental within walking distance from the sea and beach. The 51 m2 apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a French-style kitchen, a bathroom, and a glazed balcony. Everything necessary for living and relaxation is provided: furniture, household electrical appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen, and towels. The living room is equipped with air conditioning. Spanish television and wireless internet are available. There is a swimming pool. The area has excellent infrastructure. Supermarkets "Mercadona", "Consum", and the Russian store "Kalinka" are approximately 350 meters away. Several bars and restaurants are within a 200-meter radius. The bus station is 400 meters away. The sea and the popular city beach Del Kura are located 600 meters away. Accommodation is available for up to 4 people (no pets allowed!). Smoking is strictly prohibited! Penalty for violation is 200 euros!
Check-in to the property from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Additional fee of 20 euros will be charged for check-in or check-out outside of company/office hours, on Sundays, weekends, and holidays. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros is required upon check-in.
