The house was perfect for our large family. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking equipment and utensils. Lots of parking. Michelle was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

We have rented this property two years in a row for the July 4 th long weekend. It suits our big family. The house is well equipped with a beautiful view close to Belton and also to franks marina if you need to go on the lake. Hot tub was loved , as well as the different outside seating areas. The extra fridge in garage was put to good use , everything worked only issue we had we could not find a cork screw to open our wine. I am sure there is one there but we could not find it. The neighbor in front came to the rescue. Our family enjoyed your house and many thanks.

The house was absolutely amazing. We had 16 women for a retreat, and there was plenty of space for everyone to be together for meals and fellowship, while also having more than enough room for anyone who needed quiet time alone. We were able to set up two extended tables for group dining, and the kitchen was fully equipped — great stove, three ovens, and everything we needed to cook full meals for all 16 of us. We especially appreciated the 42‑cup coffee maker and the large water dispenser we used for iced tea. There were several comfortable seating areas both upstairs and downstairs, all with a fabulous view. The layout made it easy for small groups to gather without feeling crowded. The jacuzzi was a favorite at the end of each day — several of the ladies enjoyed relaxing there after our sessions.Overall, the home was perfect for our women’s retreat. Spacious, peaceful, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Great house! Probably the best stocked house I’ve stayed in. Pretty much any kitchen supplies you need. They allowed me to host my baby shower there and it was a lovely time for everyone! The only issue was bugs. While the house was well-kept and clean, we encountered several different types of bugs in the house, despite there being no open windows and infrequently opened doors. Certainly not a deal breaker, and I understand being near the lake, but perhaps some additional bug spray would be helpful!
