We used this mainly as a place to sleep for several days while prepping for my Daughter’s wedding in Durham. While not an upscale neighborhood, the rental itself was truly excellent. Modern and clean with parking for 2 vehicles. We did not use the amenities much as we were busy with the wedding but the kitchen was very nice with great appliances.The water was hot and the AC was strong and cold.We would definitely use this again if we needed a space in Durham.

Jason was very pleasant and worked hard to make our trip wonderful. The upstairs deck, with fire pit, was so pleasant in the evening. Very nice.
