Freedom Great Ayton is one of the 8 Scandinavian log cabins that beautifully integrate with their natural surroundings, offering spacious and luxurious accommodations suitable for couples or families. Each cabin features a hot tub for relaxation and some cabins include breakfast, which can be enjoyed in the bistro or delivered to your cabin. Each is individually decorated and furnished to a high standard.
Freedom Lodge is a generous 3-storey lodge ideal for family gatherings or weekend getaways with friends. A living room furnished with comfy sofas and armchairs around a Smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine, perfect for preparing delicious meals to be enjoyed at the dining table. A luxury shower room complete with a hand basin and WC.
First Floor: Two double bedrooms with French doors leading to a shared balcony that offers views over the park, complete with a hammock and coffee table. An additional luxury shower room with a walk-in shower, hand basin, and WC. A spacious landing area with two seats that can convert to single beds (supplement required).
Second Floor: A combination of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.
All utilities, bed linen, towels, fluffy bathrobes, and flip flops are included. Ample private parking is available. A cot and highchair can be provided upon request. A private terrace with a hot tub and a bespoke kennel for dogs. A breakage deposit is required upon arrival.
The picturesque village of Great Ayton is located along the banks of the River Leven and on the edge of the north Yorkshire Moors. A variety of charming shops, including a butcher's and the famous Suggitts ice cream shop, cafes, restaurants, and bars. The Captain Cook Schoolroom Museum, situated in the childhood school of Captain James Cook. A beautiful 12th-century church with the graves of the Cook family located in the churchyard.
This area is perfect for exploration, being 10 miles south of Middlesbrough (home to a shopping centre) and 15 miles from the Yorkshire coast, featuring miles of sandy beaches. The Cleveland Way is also a short drive away, ideal for outdoor enthusiasts.
