Relax in this cocooning house in wooden frame, completely renovated at the end of 2024 in a contemporary style with a large living room and bay windows opening onto a jacuzzi, a beautiful quiet and fenced garden of 1600 m². The village of Châtillon-Coligny has been awarded the "Remarkable Heritage Label".

Accessible by car or train (1h10 from Bercy-Nogent-sur-Vernisson station +10 min by car)

Accommodation:
Come and discover the contemporary house of Châtillon-Coligny that can accommodate 8 people thanks to its four bedrooms. In order to preserve the peaceful character of this residential area, parties are prohibited.

JACUZZI: we offer a jacuzzi for 4 people with whirlpools, hydromassage jets and outdoor ambient light. It is available in July and August, at no extra cost. From March to October, it costs 35 euros per night in addition to be able to enjoy it. Please let us know by message when you book if you wish to use it so that we can fill it and heat it to the ideal temperature.
Please note: the jacuzzi will be closed from November 1st to February 28th.

You will find the house of the writer Colette in the village and a gastronomic restaurant "Le Coligny".


If you like walks, you will find a few steps away from unspoilt countryside, ideal for moments in the middle of nature and a long walk to do behind the house, along the Briare canal on the famous Scandibérique.
