The view at any time of day is of lush nature. The polystyrene insulation on the ceiling helps to maintain a pleasant temperature inside the house, even in colder weather. SECTION 2 GUEST ACCESS At the property, the guest will have access to all areas of the house, without the worry of sharing it with another guest. Thus, the pool, barbecue, etc., are for the exclusive use of the guest(s).

ATTENTION - READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY:
Since the coronavirus pandemic, some Actions have been taken to ensure the property is clean and sanitized, in order to provide greater safety for the owners, cleaning staff, and guests. Therefore, all frequently touched surfaces are being sanitized with 70% alcohol (hospital-grade liquid), and floors are being cleaned with disinfectants before guests arrive. Guests are also required to bring their own sanitizing products (70% alcohol, for example), as well as bed linens, pillows, towels, and bath towels, since these are individually used items; it is better and safer for each guest to use their own. Please read all the information in the listing, and to obtain the effective calculation, i.e., the final prices, please indicate the number of guests, including children, as the system is configured to calculate by the number of guests. We reiterate, please pay attention to informing the actual number of guests so that the calculations are in line with the reality of the accommodation. Thank you! The cleaning fee charged in the daily rate calculation takes into account that the property will be delivered clean and sanitized. In addition, the amount in question includes pool cleaning, as well as water treatment products, and all these procedures are carried out for each new guest. Therefore, we cannot remove the "CLEANING FEE", as it is paid to service providers (housekeepers) so that the property is in adequate condition in terms of cleanliness, including the pool. Note: Since the coronavirus pandemic, we have been using more sanitizing materials, and this cost has not been passed on to the cleaning fee. After confirming the reservation and before check-in, the guest(s) must share personal information such as: ID number, full name, and details of the vehicle(s) authorized to enter the condominium during their stay. This information will be passed on to the concierge for access control. We accept pets, provided they are small (up to 20kg), sociable, and that owners bring all necessary items to make their pet comfortable, such as a bed, mat, etc., as we do not allow them to stay on the sofas and beds in the house, since other guests may have allergies. Furthermore, odors are prevented. Because it is a well-ventilated and open space, local legislation does not require the installation of fire detectors or similar devices. Note 1: After agreement between the parties, the purchase of barbecue items and beverages can be negotiated to provide more comfort and convenience to guests. Note 2: Visits from non-guests will not be accepted; only people registered as guests in the system may remain on the property. Note 3: After confirmation of the reservation, at check-in, the keys to the property will be in a location indicated by the host; at check-out, guests must leave them in the same place. If it is impossible to speak with the host, another person may be asked to resolve any problem.
