Shopping centers, restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and the diverse cultural offerings of the Ahrenshoop artists’ colony—such as galleries, art studios, and more—are all within walking distance. The Baltic Sea beach is a 3-minute walk away. The well-developed bike paths offer the opportunity for wonderful tours between the sea, the Bodden lagoon, and the Darß Primeval Forest. Boat tours are available at the small, romantic Althäger boat and sailing harbor.
