The generous deck area invites you to unwind, featuring eight rocking chairs, benches, and a picnic table—perfect for gatherings as you watch the sunsets over the water. You might even spot dolphins and seabirds or see large ships navigating into the Cape Fear River.

Inside, the kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a convenient under-counter ice machine, so you’ll never run out of ice on those hot summer days! With four flat-screen TVs—two equipped with Blu-ray players—you’ll have plenty of entertainment options for all ages. The home accommodates six comfortably, with two queen beds and two sets of twin beds, each bedroom featuring its own full bath and lovely water views.

The loft offers a 360-degree view and includes a futon, making it a fun and versatile space for everyone. Unique timber-frame details add character to the bathrooms, and we’ve ensured the kitchen is well-equipped for your culinary needs.

Additional amenities include an enclosed under-house shower with hot and cold water, a fish cleaning station, and a charcoal grill. Plus, fishing from our beach is excellent!

Check-in and out days in summer season is Saturday-Saturday. Ferry reservations should be made to coincide with the assigned check-in/out times which are 4:30pm property check-in and 11:00am property check-out. Ferry reservations should be made no earlier than 4:00pm for arrivals and no later than 11:30am for departures. There are no accommodations made for early check-in or late arrivals.
