Please Note-- All outside pictures are taken from the private balcony at the condo---This condo has the best views on all of Marco! --bar none! Overlook the Gulf of Mexico, the 5 mile, white sand, crescent beach-- the beautiful, heated pool or the lush Marco Island skyline just beyond Clam Bay. All of this can be seen from the 300 square ft, highly sought after, wrap-around balcony, 15 floors above everything.
Step outside onto the balcony from the living room or either bedroom to absorb the beauty, the breeze, the tranquility of your corner of paradise. By day, you will see the dolphins play, the pelicans dive, sea birds and nature all around. By night, you will witness the most magnificent sunsets you have ever seen and feel the balmy breezes off the warm gulf waters. When you do come inside, you will relax in comfortable, roomy accommodations. You may want to dine at one of the many fabulous restaurants or you may just want to sit at the dining room table for dinner while gazing outside at the beauty of the blue water and passing one may choose to just dine on the balcony!
Brand new living room furniture. New tile floors throughout, New king size mattress and flat screen tv. Totally renovated and upgraded kitchen including new cabinets, new granite counter tops, new appliances, new lighting and more. Just check out the pictures! You will want to return again and again!
There are beach supplies for guest use in the condo such as beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, and beach cart.
Information on Local Activities and Recreation: Located on the shelving unit, in the entrance of the condo is a collection of valuable information regarding everything from menus and dining guides to local restaurants, to various shopping areas, to local Golfing and Sport fishing contacts, churches, and much more.
If you would like to know more about any special activities or events occurring during your stay, or who is entertaining and where, you can go down the elevator and pick up the Marco Eagle newspaper or Marco Review Mag.. It will also give you a listing of high and low tides for the week. High tide is a good time for fishing and low tide is a good time for sea shell hunting. You may wish to relax and merely enjoy the beauty of nature all around you or if you wish, you can find a new adventure at every turn. The possibilities are endless!

Our family (including 2 teenage boys) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at JoAnn's property. Some highlights and thoughts:-Parking was ample and located close to the building entrance. There was an additional 100 charge for a parking pass upon registering at the condo building.-We appreciated the amenities provided by staying in the complex such as laundry located on the same floor as the condo and access to the heated pool area, tennis and pickleball courts.-The condo itself was exactly as described and pictured in the VRBO listing. -The kitchen was well stocked. We were especially grateful for the Tupperware containers that we used when packing picnic lunches.-A good supply of beach gear was provided including: beach chairs, coolers, wagon, sand toys, and beach games.-Water pressure and access to hot water in the showers was good at all times.-The view from this condo is amazing. Even when it was a little chilly for us to use the balcony, we appreciated being able to have a panoramic view of the water from inside the condo.-It should be noted that to get to the water's edge of the beach requires about a 10 minute walk. It wasn't a problem for our family, but there are also no bathrooms along the beach, so you do have to think ahead and plan accordingly as you can't easily just 'run back inside' for whatever you need.-JoAnn was great in her communication leading up to our visit, always answering our questions in a very timely manner! We would stay here again!

This property is beautiful. Very clean,equipped with everything that you need to spend not only a week but months. The view is second to none. The owner was very available and so nice to talk to. She is very proud of her property as she should be as it is so nice.

Loved the view! The beach was also gorgeous and pretty quiet if we walked the opposite way of the buildings towards Tigertail Beach. The condo was just as listed, with plenty of room for our family of 4 and comfortable beds. Our kids loved the dolphin and kayak tour. Only bummer was the pool was under maintenance for most of our stay.

We have been visiting Marco Island for years and love it but had never rented a condo, let alone for the entire winter. Everything about our stay for these three months was perfect! From lots of easy and informative communication with JoAnn leading up to our stay to her checking in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. We really appreciated her kindness in sharing her beautiful home with us We were here for over a week and had already decided to rent again for next winter!!
The location of this condo is fantastic! Right on top of the beach for the most beautiful views anywhere and best seats in the house for the most gorgeous sunsets each night from the wrap around balcony. We are avid walkers and were overjoyed at being able to be right on the beach for our daily beach walks. Having so many restaurants close by to walk to was also a plus. We loved Doreen's for breakfast and Joey's for dinner. JoAnn had recommended both. We also loved walking down to the Esplanade shops where we dined at CJ's on the Bay outside looking at the beautiful boats--great food and great atmosphere. Mangos on the dock and Cold Stone Creamery are also right there and can't be missed!
Everything here was relaxing and stress free. Paradise with a capital "P"!!!
