About this house rental
Welcome to our brand new 3-bedroom, 2 full bathroom cottage located in Somerset/Burnside, KY. It is located on a dead-end street which means no car traffic to worry about. There is plenty of parking on the nice wide flat gravel driveway that is about 85-100 ft long so plenty of room for multiple boats and vehicles. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and pots and pans you should ever need. There is also a drip coffee maker along with regular and decaf coffee. The kitchen opens into an informal dining area and a living room. With the dining table and kitchen bar, there is plenty of seating for sitting down to enjoy meals with family and friends. There is also a covered porch which is a perfect place to sit out in the morning and enjoy your coffee. Attached to the porch is a patio that includes some additional seating along with a propane grill. There are cornhole boards in the laundry room for your use.
Bedroom 1 includes a queen bed, bedroom 2 includes a queen bed, and bedroom 3 includes a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full size on bottom along with an extra twin bed. This means comfortable sleeping for up to 8. Pack n Play is also there available for use. Bathroom 1 includes a tub/shower combo and bathroom 2 includes a walk-in shower. There is also a washer and dryer, and we leave enough laundry pods to get you started. The resort also has a separate laundry room near the pool if you were to need it for any reason which does require quarters.
Entire house, driveway, and yard is available for guest. Guest also have access to resort amenities which include a boat slip (assigned to them and your boat can be left in the water for your entire stay), pool, game room, picnic shelter, amphitheater fire pit, tennis/pickelball court and basketball hoop.
You have the entire home to yourselves.

This home was a wonderful place for our family! It was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, towels in the bathroom nice, and the living room had plenty of room to relax together after a busy day on the boat! We enjoyed the pickle ball court in the morning and evening. The boat slip and easy access to the slip from the house was so nice! Communication with Sean was easy and he was responsive with a couple of questions we had during our stay. Our family all gave it a 10/10! We would definitely book this property again! Thank you!!

This was by far the cleanest and cutest VRBO I've stayed in. The yard was freshly mowed. The host was punctual on responding. We were able to check in 3 hrs early which was great!! The host even let us park our boat trailer in the driveway before check in. We took advantage of getting on the water early. Can't say enough nice things about this home. I would definitely recommend it and would come back again.

The house was amazing! There was plenty of room for family. The kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The living room was spacious and the sectional couch provided plenty of seating and was extremely comfy. The beds were so comfortable with hotel style sheets. There were plenty of bath and kitchen towels that were luxurious! We felt very safe taking walks in the neighborhood. The pool was clean and had plenty of outdoor furniture to sit or lounge while soaking up the sun. They even provided beach towels as well. The host also had excellent communication skills and was very accommodating with our request to check in a bit early.We will definitely be returning for our next family trip!
