The GRAPEViNE - Bouddi National Park

The GRAPEViNE is a unique one couple or solo retreat next to the Bouddi National Park.
It occupies the entire North East facing 2 sided Veranda plus a large adjoining bedroom of this historic beach/farm cottage.

It has a warm, unique, homely and creative feel.

The GRAPEViNE is uniquely styled by your host Ian, an artist.
Its styled for comfort and ... it's not trying to be da 'Hamptons' ay :-)

Features a generous day-bed/lounge on the veranda and Queen bed with quality bed linen in the adjoining bedroom.
Professional detailed eco cleaning and fresh linen is included in daily fee.

The GRAPEViNE is absolutely private. All adjoining house rooms are un-occupied 24/7 during all guest stays - so no sound transfer at all.
It is the prime part of the cottage.
Host and/or co-host always reside privately at the rear of the property or are nearby, so are 'on hand' if needed.

The GRAPEViNE'S wrap round veranda faces North-East so its light filled.
Relax in the clawfoot bath - bath salts provided.

The veranda day bed has large back cushions and throws and serves as a day-bed / sofa chill-out / TV viewing / day dreaming option.. ... sit back .. legs up and watch TV / NETFLIX .. rest / read, dream after a bath in cosy bath robes provided.

The GRAPEViNE has dual block-out or sheer roller blinds allow control of light and temperature and privacy along with the floor to ceiling louvre windows.
New efficient air-conditioning on the Veranda and in Bedroom.
Charming clawfoot bathtub with rain shower.
The GRAPEViNE is quiet and private.

The bath area is 'open plan' with shower privacy curtains if required. The shower is above the bath-tub.

There are no host or visitor 'in common' entry or exits, ... including guest garden and parking areas .. ie: all the front garden and parking are for guest's sole, private use.

Coastal bush trails criss-cross Bouddi National Park, leading you to idyllic beaches and bays at the southernmost point of the New South Wales Central Coast. Enjoy typical Australian surfing at Killcare Beach, or swim at the southern end of the beach between the iconic red and yellow surf lifesaving flags.

Its a very old house so there are unique features and styling that come with age ! .. perhaps the odd wrinkles, door squeak or aged patina surfaces.

NO EXTRA GUESTS , No beds or bedding to be brought to property by guests.
No parties - (small dinner party / drinks fine ).. great spots for party - picnic in the area perhaps.
Not suitable for children or pets.

Little Beach .. along The Scenic Road is lovely and easy walk in from car.. for a picnic perhaps ( a 20 minute drive from Wagstaffe ).

Putty Beach is good close by (calm waves) in Bouddi National Park.
The Bouddi Coastal walk can start and/or end here too.

Maitland Bay is good... there is a coastal walk from Putty Beach or The Scenic Road, (half-day or day walk)... walk back up if take option to Park on The Scenic Road carpark.

Lobster beach, Box Head and Tallow Beach all are direct walks from The GRAPEViNE Veranda + Bedroom.
