Optimally located for walking to Delaware’s historic main street with many restaurants, museums, breweries, farmers' market, coffee shops, antiquing and Ohio Wesleyan University. Our home is decorated in warm caramels and neutral colors. All new furniture and décor. Kitchen is fully equipped for all levels of chefs, some highlights are coffee and tea bar, cocktail accessories, food processor, blender, fondue pot, Keurig, and dip, crockpot, griddle, oils and general spices, outdoor BBQ. Desirable floor plan with main-floor primary suite with spa bath, study/library with view desk, borrowed books and board games. Comfy living room with fireplace and smart TV. Upper level has three bedrooms ( two kings and one queen all with smart TVs, robes and luggage racks). Luxurious bathroom with separate water closet.
