Conveniently located near the Travis County Expo Center, Austin Airport, Tesla, Circuit of the Americas, University of Texas, Zilker Park, Barton Springs, Decker Lake, and downtown Austin, you’ll have everything you need within reach.
Property Features:
- Sleeps 4 comfortably with 1 queen bed and 1 full-size pullout couch.
- Modern comforts include spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen.
- Smart TV in the living room with two laptop tables for work or leisure.
- Covered porch and patio with seating to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings.
Guests have access to the entire home and resort amenities: two outdoor pools, hot tub, sundeck, fire pit, dog park, gas grilling stations, fitness center, and
community garden.
Property Manager / Host and onsite maintenance available for help.
Linens, towels, complimentary toiletries, and hairdryer are included with your stay. Keyless entry for convenience. Driveway parking for 1 vehicle, with additional guest overflow parking available.
Quiet hours: 10pm - 7am
Pool / Pavilion Hours: 10am - 10pm (Sun - Tues), 10am - 11pm (Wed - Sat)
NO lifeguard on duty. Availability may change. We DO NOT issue refunds for unexpected closure of pool / hot tub or other amenities.

Nice new area with new businesses and attractions. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house is perfect with all amenities. Pool area was more than adequate.
