Quiet and cozy retreat across from the Uncompahgre River trail! Our modern home has everything you need with bespoke furniture, hotel-quality mattresses/pillows/linens, Bosch appliances, ample kitchen supplies, outdoor gas BBQ, FIBER, and TWO covered porches. Easy Parking. We are a quick 5-minute drive to town or you can walk/bike along the flat river trail. 1 mile north of Ouray Hot Springs. Dinosaur Tracks Trail is 350'. Less than an hour to Telluride! Great basecamp for the San Juans!
