All three bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, as well as with their own TV and air-conditioning system. Furthermore, Villa San Antonio consist of two bathrooms with a shower and other bathroom necessities, and of two separate toilettes. The contemporary kitchen possesses all kitchen appliances and utensils for the preparation of tasty meals, which can be tasted in the gorgeous dining room area. The dining room area is furnished with a long wooden table, where 8 people can comfortably be sat at. From the dining room area, one enters the tastefully decorated living room with a comfortable sofa bed, where two more guests can sleep, as well as satellite TV. The 45m2 swimming pool together with the surrounding sun-loungers and parasols creates the perfect relaxation area for taking a dip during hot summer days. Additionally, there is a barbecue house where guests will be able to show off their skills on the grill, while children will have a lot of fun on the trampoline. The city is most famous for having two monuments on UNESCO’s World Heritage List, the Cathedral of St. James and St. Nichola’s Fortress, which is a true rarity. Furthermore, there is a beautiful one-of-a-kind garden with medical and spicy Mediterranean herbs called the Mediterranean Monastery Garden of St. Lawrence, which was completely forgotten for a hundred years, until it was restored in a project of Dragutin Kiš in 2007.
