Villa is located in the scenic village of Pridraga in the Zadar region.
The 500 m2 Villa with an indoor area of 220 m2 has the capacity to accommodate 8 guests in three unique bedrooms. The first bedroom, located on the ground floor, is furnished with a double bed while the other two, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, are located on the 1st floor of the Villa. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and have access to a private bathroom with a shower and other bathroom necessities such as towels, a hair dryer, etc. In addition to the bedroom and en-suite bathroom, the ground floor of the Villa consists of a guest toilet and an open-plan space with a kitchen, a dining area and a living room.The white rustic kitchenis fully equipped so that guests can cook their favorite dishes with ease and enjoy their tastes inthe charming dining area for 6 people.The stylish living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed on which two guests can sleep, as well as with satellite TV for entertainment for the whole family.
The courtyard of Villa features a gorgeous 40 m2 heated swimming pool for private usewhich is the ideal place to cool off during the hot Croatian summer. Next to the pool is an outdoor shower, as well as several lounging chairs from which guests will havea spectacular panorama view of the sea. Furthermore, guests will have a roofed terrace at their disposal with a charcoal grill and an outdoor dining area for 8 guests. The property of Villa is fully fenced for maximum privacy and offers 3 gated parking spaces to its guests.
