Para nós, que íamos fazer uma prova de Triatlo com Partida e Meta na Praça da Canção, a localização foi excelente.

Não ter máquina de café. Quando perguntei anteriormente, por mensagem, podiam ter dito que tinham junto à Receção, situação que só informaram no Check-out. O blackout do quarto estava um pouco solto do lado direito, entrando luz de manhã.

Conforto e localização

Very comfortable apartment. Spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, very nice bed linen. Fabulous shower, a good size, great water pressure, lots of hot water and plenty of towels. Air conditioning in bedrooms and lounge, worked well. Kitchen smallish but well stocked and workable. Lounge and dining area quite spacious and comfortable. It's on a busy street but the double glazing is fantastic, you don't hear anything. Bedooms at back, not on the street side. Location is great, walkable to everything, cafes nearby for snacks

Communication before we arrived wasn't great.We weren't provided with instructions where to park. There are a few spaces nearby but they're always taken. It would have been helpful to have been given directions before we arrived, to the free underground garage which is 4 minutes walk away. I provide them now for future guests: it's called Convento Sao Francisco. When you enter, drive up to the next floor which is at street level so you don't have to carry luggage upstairs. Apart from arriving, everything was great
