Great location to be away from Manhattan, but to have easy, quick access in and out. The view from the property is stunning.
Noise level from surrounds was challenging. The untz untz beat from music below us to the early hours of the morning made sleeping difficult. More loud music another night, loud arguing other nights and the people above seemed to thump around their property all night long as well. Nothing you can do about it, but be aware you’re level 2 of 4! Bring good ear plugs to enable sleep.

The location was almost perfect to watch the parade of sail and the airshow. There were a few trees/buildings that blocked the river in some spots. It was within walking distance to a good spot to watch the fireworks down the river. The view of the city across the river at night was spectacular.
There was an ant problem but the owner was able to get some to us despite the roads being closed. I thought the listing said there was a grill, but there was not. We did not get much notice that the roads would be closed for the fourth despite indicating that we would need a parking pass. My parents in their 70's had to park a few blocks away.
