The location was good.. it had a washing machine. Lighting good. Bathroom was good and the bed comfortable.
We didn't know about three flights of steep stairs. The bin hadn't been emptied from previous tenants..The floor in the bedroom was very dusty. There was no wiper cloth in the kitchen, just a tiny sponge. No plug in the bathroom sink. The freezer in the fridge needed a defrost. Some complimentary tea and coffee would have been appreciated. I think the cutlery drawer needed a bit of an update. Larger bags for the bin would be a good idea. The bed lamp looked good, but nowhere to plug it in!! All of the cleaning equipment is stowed in the corner of the bedroom.
It was very noisy in the bedroom from the very busy road.
